Leaders

Man.. Sometimes i really don't understand why people just cannot follow simple instructions? Is it that hard? Or people just assumed that they are the only busy ones. And the rest of the world are very free. Simply had nothing to do. I don't know and i don't understand. I know sometimes people may think that they are more superior then others, but that doesn't make you the best of all...

I think i agree with Aaron with one saying. There may be the best members/ushers/ whatever but they might not be the best leaders. sighhh... How sad is this! Shouldn't leaders be the one with great excellence? I don't know. Like what John C Max. said in his book, some are just leader who are after the positions, they wont do what is beyond that is given. And there is no consistencies in their doing. Some are really for the welfare for the growth of the organisation. They will go all way out. Which are you?! I dont want to be the one that is after the position!!
